3-The major theme of Vygotsky's theoretical framework is that social interaction plays a fundamental role in the development of cognition."Every function in the child's cultural development appears twice: first, on the social level, and later, on the individual level; first, between people (interpsychological) and then inside the child (intrapsychological). This applies equally to voluntary attention, to logical memory, and to the formation of concepts. All the higher functions originate as actual relationships between individuals."

Vygotsky is credited with developing the concept of Social Cognition
(aka Social Development Theory of Learning), which proposes that:
Social Interaction and culture has a dramatic impact on cognitive development.
Cognitive processes (language, thought, reasoning) develop through social interaction.
Learning is largely mediated by social interaction of students and "More Knowledgeable Others" (e.g. teachers, parents, coaches, peers, experts, etc.)

Dear Ahmad,
All your answers are true. Would you please give us your family name?
Dear Mona and Rima, your second, third, and fourth answers are correct.
Dear Souad, all yor answers true except the fourth question.
Concerning the third question, Vygotsky focused on "Zone of Proximal development", can anyone explain it briefly?
Thank you for your answers.
You'll gain a point for every correct answer.
Dear Miss/Mrs. Rana
Sidani, Ahmad Sidani
Thank you
The "Zone of Proximal development" or (ZPD), is the difference between what a learner can do without help and what he or she can do with help.
Great Mr. Ahmad ... It is zone of proximal development. Actually, scaffolding is one of the most important issues that Vygotsky inferred.
