Technical Support Training for Active boards

Due to the importance of technical support in using educational technologies, especially active boards, a training session was provided on Friday March 25th, 2010 for IT officers at Makassed for maintaining, supporting and reparing the various hardware and software parts of the active board.


The session objectives were:


  1. The software installation, activation and resources.

  2. The driver installation and updating.

  3. The connections.

  4. The projector installation, ratio and resolution, and remote control.
